Leadership Kingsville is an exciting program designed to enhance the leadership skills of the participants. This program takes potential leaders of the community and through educational training sessions brings them to a new awareness of the issues facing their community. After completion of the program, they are ready to step up to the next level in leadership. It is also a way for these potential leaders to form networks within the community to assist in their leadership roles. Graduates of this program can be found throughout Kingsville and Kleberg County in leadership positions. If you are interested in this program, please download our application below.
